This note from hg in my PMs this evening:
Hi Yoda

Just wanted to let you know that everything worked out great today for Chris and I (although we feel bad that Brian did not shoot lower). We arrived at 8:30 am and our two passes were at Will Call. We went on the course and headed for hole 10 were Brian was starting. We watched him play most of the back 9 and were able to say hi to him on about # 12. The conditions were not easy this morning ...although the sun was out, it was cool and breezy. What must have been difficult was the winds were gusting at times. The game at their level is difficult enough but when the winds are swirly and continuously changing it has to play on their minds. Please let Brian know that we are very appreciative taking the time to arrange for our passes. Let him know that we thoroughly enjoyed watching him implement TGM at its highest levels. And also for taking the time to say hi back to us during the course of his play. It's always nice to see a gentleman at work.

PS- I also got the chance today to say hi to Andy Martinez who carries Tom L's bag. I had not seen him in 15 years or so...yet he could only smile when I said Hi to him at the # 4 green . We grew up in the same neighborhood and even after so many years it's impossible to forget the kids you played with out in the street.

PPS- Chris and I thank you too for working out our passes today with Brian. We were proud to be representing the LBG team at Riviera today.

Hector

Riviera #6
This Par 3 is rated the 4th easiest hole on the course. It's 199 yards from the back tee. The green is slightly elevated from the tee box. Large trees on the left of the green. Large trees all along the right edge of the course from tee to green. The green is two tiered severely lower on the right side than the left. Pot bunker in the middle of the green. The top tier is sloped from back to front. The green is lightening fast. Ok still too easy...add swirling winds generally crossing the green from left to right as you stand on the tee. Past the green is a roughed up slope to Tee #7. Oh yea, the pin is on the left upper level side of the green near those big trees. Now all you have to do is visualize your shot landing close to the pin. It's just another Par 3.
