How Do I Know I'm on Track on the Way Back?
And what do I need to do?
What should my Body be doing? What should my Arms be doing? What should my Hands be doing? How do I know I'm aligned to Plane? How will these alignments 'morph' as I move into the Backstroke? |
In my case I won't find out until after I see the ball in flight - Once I've decided to pull the trigger I just concentrate on keeping it smooth

These are my point... Body Turn around the center of the pivot, for me the head. The body follows the commands of my hands. Arms Right elbow folds, stretches the left arm and traces the planeline Hands The magic of the right elbow cocks the left wrist. Right wrist bends. Plane Right forearm tracing a straight planeline, so do the sweetspot. Donīt really get the last question... sorry. |

ac, You monitor the same alignments as in Start Up, but they have all Turned to Plane. In other words: 1. As the Body Turns (and the Right Hip Clears), you continue to maintain the Extensor Action (of the Right Arm Takeaway). 2. The On Line Clubshaft (more specifically, its proxy, the Sweetspot) continues to point at the Line, only now it is the Grip end, not the Head end. 3. The Left and Right Wrist Conditions have changed from Vertical (to the ground / Horizontal Hinging; or to the Plane / Angled Hinging) to Turned On Plane. The Left Hand is now palm down to Plane; the Right Hand is palm up. 4. The Right Arm / Elbow Action continues to do the job of lifting the Left Arm Flying Wedge to the Top. :golf: |
:laughing9
I think ac, like me, do not know the word "morph"...:eyes: Is that common language at the swamp... |
