TGM & The Palmer Method..Joined at the hip?
 

The contrast of both little yellow books, TGM and THE PALMER METHOD of business writing, just jumps out at me, and , placing one's palm to their forehead, says, "OF COURSE". (I am taking licence because "palmer" has not always been yellow but the latest available edition is) Just my daily observation.
