First, thanks for contributing to the site.

In my opinnion one of the greatest threads on Lynn's site here in 2006(and I know there are many more great threads to come) is the 12-5, Basic Motion Curriculum, thread.

I was hoping you could reply on how you use 12-5, stage one (12-5-1), stage 2 (12-5-2), and stage 3 (12-5-3)in your practice routine or if you use it????

Rob Noel if you have any comments on this I would love to hear them as well.
