I ended up adding just 5 grams of weight to the butt of my clubs. What this did is move the balance point up the shaft by 3/8". So far it is perfect espacially in my woods and I can really fire through the ball. As a clubmaker on another forum said about this is that with the backweight the swingweight scale is tricked by adding weight to the head to get the swingweight up adding mass to the head creating what he calls a "hammer". So far I like it.
