To the weight distribution. Take a cd or mirror and draw a line on it. Get your eyes over the line and go back and through the eyes DO NOT MOVE for a number of reasons.

Depending on length of putter, height, etc.... the distribution of the weight will be different for different people because of their instrument and physiology.
