I'll be at Innisbrook in Palm Harbor, Florida, next week for the PODS Championship and at Bay Hill in Orlando for the Arnold Palmer Invitational. I'll have camera in hand and will bring back more goodies from "inside the ropes!"

Sounds great

Hi Yoda,

I'd like to request a picture of Brian's right hand grip with the hand opened up. I'm curious how high up in the hand the grip sits in order for him to get the shaft on the right forearm plane at set-up.

Thanks!

Matt

The reason you can't sustain the lag is because you are so eager to make the club move fast (a reaction to the intent of "hitting it far"). So on a full shot you throw it away too early, which doesn't happen for your short chip. (bts)

Will do, Matt. With Brian's permission, I'll take several...both left and right hands.

Bigwill,

What I'm having a hard time with -- and am now using myself with our two upcoming Barclays events on the PGA TOUR -- is all the extra verbiage attached to so many tournaments these days, e.g., "presented by xxxxx".

The Arnold Palmer Invitational Presented By Mastercard.

Priceless.

The World Golf Championships-Accenture Match Play Championship.

Does all that fit on one trophy?

And...

The Mayakoba Golf Classic at Riviera Maya - Cancún

How would you like to answer that phone?

Or my favorite:

The Bob Hope Chrysler Classic Hosted By George Lopez

How did that happen?

Lynn, I know it's 2 months away, but are you planning to be at The Players Championship?? I'm taking a vacation and will be there for the whole week. Would love to see you again if you will be there. (And the pics on this thread are pretty interesting---thanks) Dave Garretson

I don't think so, Dave. That is the week of May 7-13, and our LBG Academy at Las Vegas Paiute Resort ends on the 6th. I will probably stay an extra day and then travel on the 8th to the Nationwide Tour's Chattanooga Classic at Black Creek Club in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

Plans can change, though, so let's stay in touch!

Great pictures...thanks for sharing them with us...by the way....did you get to see the man...Jack Nicklaus...now that would be a great pic...you and Jack...sounds like he really toughened up the course...and that the players overall liked the changes he made.

Great stuff Yoda. We may have to shoot my Avatar and put Brian in the middle.
