Questions
Not easy to get answers:

1) Norrie Wright

Is Norrie Wright a well known name and useful help in understanding how the G.O.L.F. swing works?

2) Acceleration

The acceleration of 1) hands/ 2) clubhead/ 3) ball in the downstroke thru section 8 / 9 / 10 of the 12 sections of the stroke - is this something that needs conscious training or is it just a piece of information, which is good to know..? Will it happen by itself or must there be a deliberate effort?

Hey Air

Thanks again for these very informative Yoda posts, I read them every day.

Re 2; If I understand your question, Id say conscious training and conscious continual monitoring in that acceleration creates Lag Pressure. We monitor the Lag Pressure.

You can not sustain any given amount of Lag Pressure without a constant Rate of Acceleration. " Over acceleration" being the establishment of a Rate in Startdown which cant be maintained all the way to Finish .........and having a corresponding drop off in the amount of Lag Pressure sensed in the Hands.

When taking off in a jet, the acceleration pushes you back into your seat. Inertia, or lag pressure if you will. But later when flying at altitude at a constant speed, even though you are going considerably faster than you were in take off .......there is no lag pressure, no inertia seeming to push you back into your seat.

Thanks. Understandable information always helps.
I'm afraid some of the posts have been shown before. I have lost track, but they are worth a second or third look..
