Could you explain if I need to do anything special to have the clearance for my right hip since I don't turn it if I stay on my left side.I understand what the pictures are showing but in my case I am trying to pivot off the left leg only. The amound of right hip turn would be minimal. I feel I have to make a over the top move to get my right elbow to pass thru. Maybe Yoda or Ted might have some advise.
