I was watching the Bootcamp for latin dances when one of the dance instructor mention something really important. "This guy is developing a Visual memory instead of muscle memory which is not good" Say Mr Christian, thus it stuck me hard.. Thats what had been happening to me !.." No wonder what i do , i keep wanting to look at the club when i go back and sometimes totally lost trust in my swing ! And i had been trying to move things according to how i want it to look. No wonder golf is so hard for me ... Now Question is ... HOW DO I TRAIN MY MUSCLE MEMORY , and When to LOOK LOOK LOOK . when to feel feel feel ... Someone explain please. Reprograming my computer ...
