DG To add to this, a drill Lynn showed me - put a dowel through your front belt loops so that it is parallel to your target line. If you fire the hips too hard, you won't be able to get the hands through before the dowel blocks them out. See the TT 'letter' series as well for how to get to a more 'hands control', or 'right forearm' control' feel. Chances are pretty good you are all pivot control now.
