Martee,
Thanks for your contribution....
I feel that most people when they refer to RHYTHM ... actually are referring to Tempo or Pace!!!!

PACE
Mechanical - The miles per hour (MPH) of a moving body

Golf - The surface speed of the orbiting Clubhead as differntiated from Rhythm.

RHYTHM

Mechanical - Holding all components of a rotating motion to the same basic RPM.

Golf - Holding both lever assemblies to the same basic RPM throughout the Stroke while "overtaking all other components at a steady , even rate."

It is my opinion that most people who don't have Rhythm actually are referring to "COORDINATION".... I can't dance either, but in all sports since the age of two I have "DEVELOPED" the knack of sustaing rhythm....Maintaining the same basic RPM of a rotating body...

My own golf stroke patterns have a Moderately Slow Tempo....with a steady and even Rhythm....I also can 'Hit" with a much faster Pace or Tempo and still maintain a steady and even RPM.

Having the ability to COORDINATE, SYNCHRONIZE,SEQUENCE, and SUSTAIN motion is the means by which you learn to develop maintaining the same basic RPM....It can be learned! However in my own opinion and experience it helps to learn this by developing these motor skills at an early age by participating in a variety of other sports, activities, and/or motor skills.

Most people work on Pace to find Rhythm....Why?

To slow down thw RPM's of the Club to match the RPM of the Turning Components to get back in Sync.

So ....Learn Rythym then learn to swing at a Higher Pace while sustaing Rhythm....Never swing faster than your ability to sustain Rhythm and the proper geometric relationships...

For example ....Don't drive the car faster than it was designed to go or you'll blow the engine!!!!

Where's the Tylenol!!!
