Thank you, guys! Lynn is pretty transparent about what he does and he uses a LOT of drills to fine tune his motion. When he takes his hands to the turned shoulder plane location he does a couple of simple things: Flat backstroke shoulder turn Right hand pickup straight back, up, and in to the TSP (See the Paddle Drills) Extensor Action, Extensor Action, EXTENSOR ACTION Delayed Hip Action - He clears the right hip in advance to make room for the hands.
