Many thanks for sharing that. You are right - Golf is the three legged tripod that involves technical skill, physical and mental ability. To play at the top levels and win championships, all three legs must be solid and balanced. As you noted between the lines, most of the time we only focus on the technical skills. The other two aspects are largely ignored except for the guys that are consistent winners.
