There is a school of thought that you should change your training when you hit a plateau but the switch-off method is designed to keep you from hitting a flat spot. If you've put on 10 lbs of muscle in a month your training is working for you, I'd stretch it out. If it starts to feel less productive follow your gut and shock your adaptive capacity. You sound like you're having a blast. It also sounds like you have your consistency in place. Keep us all posted on your progress. You're training is at a very high level and even people who aren't looking for the big bench and only the big drive have to be motivated by your progress!
