Compare the hand-to-shoulder relationship in the photos below: it is identical. The only difference is the waist bend. When your Hands know what they're supposed to do, the Body will provide the necessary transport. This is a huge concept, one that will free you forever from the bondage of Pivot-Controlled Hands. Attachment 2641 Loading and Aiming Thrust (Horizontal Plane) Attachment 2642 Loading and Aiming Thrust (Inclined Plane) This video describes an "uppercut" motion combining all 3 zones of a golf swing (Body Pivot/1, Arms/2, and Hands/3). Yesterday, at the urging of a driving range buddy, Anthony, after we had discussed most of the published literature by Ben Hogan, Moe Norman, and VJ Trolio's "The Final Missing Piece," we started discussing being connected, PIvot, keeping the right elbow down. As Anthony started Swinging with his right arm he hit several perfect one arm drives 250 yards plus with his one arm. As I tried to do this, Anthony said "Throw an uppercut!" ( He has looked at LBG several times.) Wow! Power, speed and accuracy. I have practices constantly this last year in isolating different zones to master some part of TGM. This one complex motion of uppercutting, which focuses on Hitting with the right hand, is a great way to explain the golf Swing and Hit.
