Is there more to it than just the wrist cock? How is this loading done? (Lag?) 2)"Turn the axis to spin the flywheel". What actually takes place? (in other words). (I'm not even sure what a flywheel is...) Is it the pivot rotation in the downswing we are talking about? Is this by any chance flail and/or rhythm related?
