just had a conversation with a good friend (tgm coach) who told me of a student who learned it from a book,utilised with tgm and apparently hit very well,so there must be a fair bit of compatability there...im no coach,but i could see a lot of similarities....I also enjoyed ABT aspect....always be turning.
I would also enjoy input re Quintons no arms or hands in swing,pretty much all centrifugal force,in my opinion that combined with pivot and the "always be turning" would in itself take care of the "lag"equation without too much effort........cheers
