Since I am recovering from a little Lyme disease and Doxacycline, I thought I'd try to grasp the "take out the slack move," and 'clapping hands" mechanics. Last night, trying to do garage work with Impact bag and Hitting, I stepped on my left heel slowly, watched my left shoulder turn in and back and fired or pushed down on my left thumb. Felt a little more crisp than regular Hitting. Is it that simple to 4 barrel?
